Vacancy: Office Administrator

This person is responsible for the day-to-day management of the office to ensure a supported, organized, and efficient work environment.The ideal candidate will

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Office Reception

  • Greet walk-ins and appointments with a friendly, service-oriented attitude
  • Answer incoming calls related to sales, project status, customer support, and general inquiries, handling them according to office procedure
  • Accept and distribute mail and packages, send intra-office mail blasts

Operations

  • Provide a timely response to all internal and external emails and verbal requests related to sales, office management, support, and project status
  • Improve and manage the general aesthetics of the office to create a safe, clean, and enjoyable atmosphere,
  • manage procurement and distribution of all office supplies
  • Coordinate and provide support for the Archangel Exchanges
  • Responsible for payment processing of all bills related to office administration

Support

  • Provide technical assistance and basic help desk support to staff
  • Serve as main liaison with telecommunications and other contractors
  • Coordinate staff events both on-site and off-site, including staff development, outings, and celebrations
  • Produce business correspondence, proofread for grammar, spelling and punctuation with a high degree of accuracy
  • Provide supports for all events, fundraisers, and off-site conferences.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years comparable work experience in administration, operations, or office management (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Experience and knowledge in MS Office Suite Skype, Google Drive
  • Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as part of an entrepreneurial team
  • Alignment with the mission and core beliefs of Archangel Investments
  •  be an influencer who can make and maintain order
